| Q.
Some consultants seem to spend very little time
on-site. How much time will you be physically at a clients site? |
|
A.
On-site time is a function of the nature of the client's
problem that is being solved. ITB recognizes that there is such
a thing as too much time on site and "getting in the way" of daily
operations. We will spend whatever time is necessary to guide and
direct activities, and collect information for analysis. Developing
training programs, building master schedule and forecast models,
and other development processes will normally be done at ITB's offices.

| Q.
What is this thing called "MRP-II"? |
| A.
MRP-II is an acronym meaning "Manufacturing Resources
Planning" .It is also humorously referred to as "big MRP" by some
to distinguish it from "little mrp", which stands for " Material requirements
Planning". Little mrp is a functional part of MRP-II. There are a
large number of computerized software packages on the market that
are specific to MRP-II functionality, and serves material-driven companies
in day-to-day processes that involve materials control, production
scheduling, etc. |
